 Domain Server Configuration and support:

  Implementation of Disk Quota and Distributed File System in the File and Print Server. Perform various administrative      functions such as maintaining inventory of software license agreements, document procedures, recommend      improvement and propose process changes.

   LAN/WAN project support includes installation and configuration of Cisco firewalls and switches with Cisco Router with      full redundancy of network link.

   Managing and supporting Symantec Norton Anti-Virus 2003 for local Server groups.

  Remote Configuration Support.
 Domain Clients Configuration and Support:
  Windows XP Operating system with Desktop Software installation and support, through Symantec Norton Ghost      Imaging and implementing Global Core Load set for new hires.

  Install and configure client/server software, patches and updates as necessary.

  Manage & administer MS SQL Server 2000 database and applications for clients.

  Maintain printers and print services using HP, Epson, Lexmark, Cannon, Dell, Konica Minolta, Kodak, LG, Samsung     and Sharp printer service software.

  Prioritize and arbitrate effectively with numerous concurrent requests and/or problems. Also review the weekly schedule      to insure appropriate resources are assigned and equipment to maintain established productivity levels.

  Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.

  Evaluate and recommend hardware, software and networking solutions as well as support of voice and data network.

  Manage and implement cost effective solutions for internal wired and wireless LAN setup within the office and provide      support for all the Servers, Desktops and Laptops for clients.

  Provide meaningful contributions to team efforts to enhance overall departmental effectiveness.

  Facilitate the implementation and support of products and services to the clients.
